This was the second of the collaborative projects devised for the vU3A pilot group in 2005.

Members were invited to research and report on Windmills in whatever way they chose. This resulted in an assortment of entertaining pieces that covered Windmills in Literature, in Spain, in Art and in the Australian Landscape as well as A Miller’s Life and the Windmill Theatre.

The concept of taking a single ‘topic’ or ‘theme’ as a springboard for successful vU3A activity was consolidated as a result of this experimental group.
